Why this exists
I grew up in Lake Oswego. My family lives in West Linn. Since 2013 I've owned and run a manufacturing company in Oregon City, making industrial identification for trade and safety-critical work.
I started Scoutreach in 2024 after a bad experience with a web developer of my own — and realized shops like mine had nowhere honest to turn.
