This page explains what this website collects and what happens to it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
What this site collects
Only what you type into the contact form and choose to send: your name, your business, your website address, and how to reach you — plus anything you choose to add. We use it to answer your audit request — nothing else. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with advertisers.
If you call or email instead, we have whatever you tell us, the same as any phone call or email.
No tracking, and no cookie banner
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party scripts. Nothing here follows you to other websites, and nothing here builds a profile of you.
That is why there is no cookie banner on this site: there is nothing to consent to. You can verify it yourself — open your browser's developer tools, load any page here, and look at the network and storage tabs.
Who handles a form submission
Form submissions are processed by Netlify, the service that hosts this website, and delivered to Scoutreach LLC by email. Netlify records the submission (including the IP address it came from, which is standard for spam prevention) and passes it on. It is stored there and in our email until it is dealt with.
The confirmation email you receive back is sent by Resend, an email delivery service, on our behalf. Resend is given your email address and the text of that confirmation so it can deliver it, and it keeps a delivery record. It is not given anything else, and it does not use your address for anything but sending that message. Netlify and Resend are the only two companies that touch a form submission.
How long it is kept
Inquiries are kept as long as they are useful for doing business with you, and deleted when they are not. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
